From the farm, since 2020
Hambela sits above two thousand metres in the Guji zone of southern Ethiopia. The coffee comes from hundreds of small garden plots, where old heirloom varieties grow in the shade of tall trees.
Dried in the cherry, it smells of blueberries the moment you open the bag. We roast it light and rest it a little longer than the others.
